"On request from Leonardo, I'll do the honors of registering the result. But I was only allowed to do so if I promised to speak honestly about the game. So here are my thoughts. This match was the decider for round 2 of the league. If Leo would win or draw, he wins the league. If Oliver wins, then Micho wins the league. Most of us in the crowd would all agree that Leonardo goes in as the favorite in all games he play. It's not that he is unbeatable, it's just that his lowest level of tennis is good enough to beat the rest of us if we play normally. Oliver is however a player with a lot of potential, he can at his best match Leo, but the big question was if he could do it during a whole match. As it turns out, he couldn't. After a grueling 15 minute first game with lots of epic rallies and high tempo balls, the following games resumed in similar fashion, but the longer the match went - the more the scale tipped in the Brazilian's favor who played solid from both wings and went to the net whenever necessary. This win marks Leo's second league championship in a row. A massive congratulations to him! I know Leo well enough at this point though to also know that he likes a proper challenge. He'd rather be the one chasing than the one being chased. So here's me hoping that someone will eventually come along from Bellevue who sees this South American stud's smile in the league poster and think to themselves: "¡Puedo vencer a este tipo, créeme! ¡VAMOS!""

"I like Leo. He's modest, friendly and the exact type of person I enjoy seeing in this league. My only real issue with him (and this goes for several others in this division) is that he makes too many winners and runs up too many balls. I asked Leo's father today for advice but he didn't know how to beat Leo either."

"Ola bad mig så snällt att registrera resultatet för kvällens match att jag bara inte kunde se in i dem rådjursögonen och säga nej. Vi var faktiskt rätt många i publiken ikväll; jag, Pär, Micho, Gabi, Oliver och David. Vi var alla överens om att matchen hade hög spelkvalitet men att Leonardo helt enkelt var lite för stabil på både backhand och forehand. Men en eloge till Hansson som hittills gjort en bra omgång mentalt, jag skulle säga att det borde vara huvudfokus för honom när han lirar matcher. För tennisen har han i sig. Men han tappar alldeles för lätt humöret. Finns ingen i ligaspelet som kan mäta sig med Ola när det kommer till att vara självdestruktiv. Inte ens jag. Och Leonardo? Wow. Vilken kille. Så mjuk och fin i rörelserna, så stabil med sin topspin och kraft. Men all sin skicklighet till trots så är han oerhört ödmjuk och respektfull. Bra match, grabbar!"
